Can Miserias, present in Mercat de Mercats 2015

On 23th of October, Edu Losilla, chef of Can Miserias, took part in the sixth edition of Mercat de Mercats celebrated during 23th, 24th and 25th of October in the Cathedral Square of Barcelona. The gastronomic festival shows the best of the markets of Barcelona and the most representative of the classical and contemporary Catalan cuisine.

Losilla was the speaker in one of the showcookings of the Gastronomic Space. Under the title “Beef. Sauces and classical entertainments”, Losilla shared with the audience one of his traditional and renovated receipts based on beef, differential mark of his cuisine.

Around 27,000 people visited the festival that offered, besides the presentations and show cookings of recognized and emerging chefs, a representation of 23 market stalls, 20 local farmers, 10 Catalan wineries and different activities that contributed to the festive atmosphere of the big event of the gastronomy in Barcelona.
